Return Process

Upon delivery, please examine your pickle jars immediately to ensure there are no cracks or broken seals.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality control team will review your claim and photos within 2 business days to verify the defect or shipping error.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement jar at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
